CARBOHYDRATES

CARBOHYDRATES Carbohydrates are a very important component in the diet.The primary function of carbohydrates is to provide energy to the body, especially the brain and nervous system. Carbohydrates and calories are quite feared in the field of health of the body, for fear of "fat" but I'll give you a pretty interesting information that they remove that fear of them and know how to carry adequate food according with your goals:
 


Carbohydrates are rare they become fat, carbohydrates consumed when you are filled with energy to carry out the activities of the day, so if you eat carbohydrates, "burning" carbs, but let's say you eat carbohydrates but they are not sufficient to supply the necessary energy for your daily activities, then where your body takes energy for your activity? From the accumulated fat, that's when you lose fat, so it is always recommended healthy eating and daily exercise.

You should never consume carbohydrates before going to bed, because the result is an accumulation of fat and you will not be burning calories, you will be at complete rest. 

 


If you are very thin and your supply is very little carbohydrates, your body fat index is very low and you are very active, then it is likely that the energy your body needs to take her by your muscles and that's when comes the muscle catabolism. When you consume more carbohydrates then burn those carbs during your daily activities, but what if you consumed more than they actually use in your daily activities?


They become fat, but it is rare that this happens under normal dietary conditions, as is usually low physical activity that requires some effort. Unless of course it's a completely sedentary person.
If you are a sedentary person then it is good to know this and not get to exercise as soon as possible. Remember it is for your sake and for setting a good example for your children.



Here are some important points:
1. Rarely carbohydrates are converted into fat and stored as such. You know that time of day to consume and remembering that everything in excess is bad.

 
2.When consume carbohydrates before an activity, BURNS CARBOHYDRATES, if the supply is less than the expense of carbohydrates then you will lose fat. Otherwise just burn carbohydrates.

 
3.If you consume protein is the same way: BURN PROTEIN. And therefore less carbohydrates and less fat. (Remember that proteins are important for muscle growth and use, and is very important to know when consuming).

 
4.When consume fat is stored as such. Logic would say that if you eat fat burn fat but not so. If you consume fats are stored.



 Understanding well the points upon oxidation (burning) of fats and carbohydrates, you will have a valuable weapon in your favor and you will achieve your goals.
